How a stay works
- You book on Airbnb. All our homes are listed there, with the real photos, prices and house rules.
- Before arrival, every guest completes a short registration (name, ID, nationality). Colombian lodging rules and the buildings' receptions require it; the link comes in your Airbnb messages and takes two minutes per person.
- The day before check-in you receive the exact arrival instructions: address, parking, door code and WiFi.
- During the stay, you reach us through the Airbnb chat or WhatsApp. Cleaning, maintenance and supplies are handled by our local team.
For property owners
Do you own an apartment in Medellín or Sabaneta? We handle the full cycle: furnishing and setup, photos and listing, pricing, guest communication, cleaning, maintenance and a monthly statement. Write to us and we'll tell you what your unit could earn.
For building administrations and receptions
